She is a certified MPI Pilates instructor and training at Equinox and active contemporary dancer. She specializes in strength-building, posture correction, and body alignment challenges. Her dynamic sessions combine precision, creativity, and motivation, helping clients feel stronger, more confident, and empowered.

Megan is a certified Pilates Mat and Reformer Instructor dedicated to creating an inclusive, fun, and empowering environment for every client. Through her extensive training and hands on experience, she helps clients build strength, improve mobility, and develop a deeper connection with their bodies. With a strong focus on proper alignment, core stability, and mindful movement, Megan designs supportive, results driven classes that are tailored to all levels. Passionate about empowering others through movement, she strives to enhance both physical performance and overall well being.

Atousa Adel

Atousa is a dedicated Pilates instructor with a passion for helping people feel stronger, more balanced, and connected to their bodies. She began her career as a swimming instructor but found her true path after discovering Pilates during her own recovery from injuries. The practice not only helped her heal but also transformed how she moved, inspiring her to guide others in building strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

My name is Amanda (mands) and I am a former national level athlete in figure skating as well as a dancer. I have both my FIS & Pilates Reformers certifications where I have also coached on the turf for City Shred. I have a strong background in both strength and Pilates style movements, where you will see this fusion in my classes. Living with Ulcerative Colitis, an auto immune disease inspired my commitment to Pilates with all of its healing benefits on your foundation (the core), as well as the mind, body and soul. My classes are here to bring you guidance on activating body awareness, what it means to engage your core all while using the breath and making movement something you’ll crave with playlists to flow with you! Most importantly, you will leave my classes feeling proud, unstoppable and worthy of the gift that is movement! @mands_movement

Sydney earned her STOTT Pilates Mat & Reformer Certification in 2017, and has been teaching for almost a decade. She is passionate about mindful movement and building mind body awareness, specifically to deep core for full body mobility and control. She designs classes that make clients feel comfortable, supported and challenged. Sydney’s goal is to help people discover strength, balance and confidence while cultivating a deeper connection with their bodies.

Lyanna is trained in Foundational Reformer Levels 1 and 2, with a lifelong passion for movement and community. Her background as a competitive dancer for over ten years shaped her appreciation for strength, control, and mindful movement from an early age.While she also enjoys weightlifting, discovering Pilates reignited her passion for fitness in a more intentional and connected way. Through navigating injuries of her own, Pilates became an important part of rebuilding strength, body awareness, and confidence.Inspired by this personal journey, Lyanna is continuing her Pilates education with a growing interest in injury rehabilitation and the role movement plays in supporting long-term recovery, wellbeing, and sustainable strength.
