Alice Han discovered the healing benefits of Pilates through her own recovery from severe back and neck pain, which inspired her to become a fully certified STOTT PILATES® instructor specializing in rehabilitation and posture correction. With an Injuries & Special Populations certification, she tailors sessions for clients with specific health needs, focusing on alignment, safe modifications, and a blend of traditional and therapeutic movements. Beyond Pilates, Alice has studied diet programming, enjoys exploring hidden culinary gems, and carries a lifelong passion for running, rooted in her years as a sprinter.

My name is Amanda (mands) and I am a former national level athlete in figure skating as well as a dancer. I have both my FIS & Pilates Reformers certifications where I have also coached on the turf for City Shred. I have a strong background in both strength and Pilates style movements, where you will see this fusion in my classes. Living with Ulcerative Colitis, an auto immune disease inspired my commitment to Pilates with all of its healing benefits on your foundation (the core), as well as the mind, body and soul. My classes are here to bring you guidance on activating body awareness, what it means to engage your core all while using the breath and making movement something you’ll crave with playlists to flow with you! Most importantly, you will leave my classes feeling proud, unstoppable and worthy of the gift that is movement! @mands_movement

My teaching style is high-energy yet mindful — guiding you into that sweet spot where the burn feels good and the workout becomes a moving meditation.
