TERMS OF SERVICE – STUDIO POLICIES

By creating an account, making purchases with Canergy Prima, and/or participating in any classes or activities at Canergy Prima, you acknowledge on behalf of yourself, your heirs, personal representatives and/or assigns, and any minors in your care, you have thoroughly read and agree to the following policies:

I understand that Canergy Prima has a 2-minute door policy and that attendees will be denied entry into class if they arrive more than 2 minutes past class start time and will forfeit the class fee.

I understand that the PRIMA CIRCLE membership is annually autopay charges and that my credit card will be charged annually until PRIMA CIRCLE is cancelled through email communication to canergyprima.info@gmail.com 2 weeks before my next charge renewal date.

I understand that there are no pauses on any autopay PRIMA CIRCLE and that I have to communicate my intent to cancel to studio 2 weeks before my next charge renewal date.

I understand that if I cancel group class less than 12 hours / private&semi-private class less than 48 hours of the class start time, or do not show up for a class I am booked for, I will forfeit the class credit/fee.

I understand that Canergy Prima reserves the right to substitute or change instructors for any class at any time without prior notice.

I understand that Canergy Prima may change the pricing of class packages at any time, and that Canergy Prima may change PRIMA CIRCLE pricing with 30 days’ notice to active members.

I understand that personal items left unattended in the studio are my responsibility, and Canergy Prima is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

I understand that all Canergy Prima payment packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and have expiration dates.

As a first-time participant in Canergy Prima’s reformer class, I understand that I must attend a mandatory machine orientation, which takes place 5 minutes before the scheduled class start time. If I miss the orientation, I acknowledge the following:

If I arrive within the five-minute door policy, I may still take the class but do so at my own risk, understanding that I have not received the orientation.

By choosing to participate, I accept full responsibility for my safety and release Canergy Prima from any liability related to my lack of orientation.

If I arrive after the five-minute cutoff or do not attend the class, I will not be permitted to participate, and my class credit/fee will not be refunded as per the standard Canergy Prima Studio Policy.

REFUND POLICY 

All classes, credit packages, memberships, teacher trainings, workshops, special classes, and retreats are non-refundable and non-transferable including but not limited to Prima Power. No exceptions. 

RETAIL ITEMS: All items are final sale, no returns, no refund or exchanges. 

GIFT CARDS: All gift cards are non-refundable. No exceptions. Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By creating an account, making purchases with Canergy Prima, and/or participating in any classes or activities at Canergy Prima, you acknowledge on behalf of yourself, your heirs, personal representatives and/or assigns, and any minors in your care, that there are certain inherent risks and potential dangers associated with participating in Canergy Prima services and I have thoroughly read and agree to the following: 

I warrant, represent and agree that I am in good physical condition and have no disability, impairment, or ailment preventing me from engaging in active or passive exercise, or that will be detrimental or inimical to my health, safety, comfort, or physical condition if I do so engage or participate. 

If I am currently pregnant or have recently undergone any surgery, I will take doctor notes first and inform Canergy Prima staff AND instructors prior to the class for appropriate guidance to ensure safety. Canergy Prima will not be held liable for any discomfort or injury that may result from undisclosed medical conditions. 

I will not hold Canergy Prima, any partners involved in the business, instructors, fellow practitioners or employees responsible for injuries that I may incur while practicing at Canergy Prima. I acknowledge that all postures and classes are guided vocally and any deviations that I make to the guided instructions will be at my own risk.

I have voluntarily enrolled in a fitness program offered at Canergy Prima. I understand and am aware that the classes at Canergy Prima involve strength, flexibility, and aerobic exercise, including the use of equipment, and are potentially hazardous activities. The class I am taking involves being at risk of injury and I am voluntarily participating in classes with full knowledge of the dangers involved. 

In consideration of using all the facilities offered at Canergy Prima, I agree that I assume all responsibility of any risks, injuries or damages, known or not known, which I might incur as a result of utilizing the total space provided to me. 

I understand that while Canergy Prima takes steps to create a safe and welcoming environment, certain risks are inherent in physical activity and cannot be fully eliminated—regardless of the care or precautions taken. These risks may include, but are not limited to, slips, falls, overexertion, equipment failure, or unexpected physical responses such as injury, dizziness, or more serious medical conditions.

By entering Canergy Prima’s facilities or using Canergy Prima’s services, I agree to take full responsibility for my well-being and to follow all posted safety guidelines, staff instructions, and class protocols. I commit to respecting fellow participants and acting with care to avoid causing harm to myself or others.

Canergy Prima makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from participation in our services, nor do we provide medical advice. Any guidance or suggestions offered by our team should not be interpreted as medical recommendations unless given by a licensed professional. We also do not manufacture any of the fitness or wellness equipment used in our space and cannot be held responsible for equipment defects or failure.

I am responsible for the safety of my personal property. Canergy Prima shall not be liable for the loss or theft of, or damage to, the personal property.

By engaging with Canergy Prima, you agree to assume all associated risks and waive any right to bring legal claims against Canergy Prima or its representatives arising from your participation or use of the facilities.
